Embrace Resilience is a social enterprise with a mission to enable individuals, organisations and communities to develop resilience and wellbeing.

We’re all about using online learning technologies to help build capacity to navigate change and promote resilience using evidence-based e-learning content.

Products or services sold:

We provide coaching, deliver training workshops, consultancy and online learning modules.

Our specialities include:
- Developing bespoke e-learning packages
- Tailor-made learning to support mental health and wellbeing strategies
- Delivering a robust and efficient Learner Management System.

Mission Statement:
Our mission is to help individuals and whole communities to develop healthier and more resilient behaviours. We established the Wellbeing Ecosystem to show local authorities, health care providers, employers, charities and the wider support networks how we can ALL benefit by sharing knowledge, motivating and supporting each other.
