Exists to improve the lives of adults, young people and children who experience mental health problems
Schools service: working with primary and secondary schools to support young people via 1-1 counselling, trauma therapy, group programmes in mindfulness, well-being, and exam stress; external supervision for safeguarding, pastoral, and senior roles; staff well-being support.
Services for adults: 1-1 counselling, couples counselling, and group programmes (mix of paid for and funded work).
IAPT service: Improving Access to Psychological Therapies through contracts with NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups.
Employer Service: EAP support (Employee Assistance Programmes) to support staff experience mental and emotional health problems, build resilience, and reduce staff sickness.
Trauma service: for young people and adults with complex needs. Includes traumatic experiences from child sexual exploitation, domestic abuse, forced marriage, honour-based violence, radicalisation, and criminal gangs.
