Mission Statement:
We seek to provide support to develop socially responsible housing in disadvantaged communities. H.A.V.E stands for Health, Aspiration, Values and Education - each element MUST be considered for a meaningful outcome.

H.A.V.E Homes CIC specialise in the refurbishment and redevelopment of neglected empty properties, transforming them into high-quality, sustainable and truly affordable homes for first-time buyers and tenants alike. The aim is to give people the opportunity to join the property ladder and feel secure in their home, whilst investing in the surrounding communities to create streets where people want to live. We believe in the power of community, encouraging people to put down their roots and have a positive impact on both pre-existing and new communities.

We have formed vital connections with local colleges, housing associations and construction contractors within Manchester, we act as a bridge between all stakeholders involved in the community project, maximising social impact and value in order to develop thriving communities. Our priority is to involve the community in the design, development and delivery of new housing projects, providing a voice for local people and ensuring that any issues are identified at an early stage.
