Driving Change is the social enterprise arm of Kenny Waste Management; a waste management company who have been providing environmentally safe and controlled waste management service for over 30 years.

Through the activities of Driving Change, our aim is to support marginalised people into training and employment. It is the most important challenge in our region and will bring the most impact to local people.

We work with ex-offenders, long term unemployed and people furthest from the job market with hidden and visible disabilities.
