To effect lasting change to the Black leadership population in Greater Manchester by creating greater REPRESENTATION at senior leadership levels so we are no longer overlooked.

Products or services sold:

BURN intends to provide a variety of services for the Black residents in Greater Manchester covering civil, VCSE and business sectors. We will offer:
- Leadership Development
- Capacity Building
- Advocacy
- Skills training
- BURN Academy to develop young people with a strong voice

Citizenship and community, Employment, training and education

Mission Statement:
To achieve parity and equality of opportunity for Black residents covering health, business, education, employment and skills training, to build back better in the post-COVID world and achieve our vision of equality for Greater Manchester.
