We provide access to a wide range of products and services that have been carefully selected, offering our members exclusive financial savings, excellent service and mitigate any supplier risks.

Social mission:
Supporting social enterprise / voluntary action

Mission Statement:
HQP was founded by Hospices for Hospices and we work on behalf of our care and charity Members and collaborate with them on their procurement needs, enabling them to continue making a difference in their communities by providing access to operations efficiencies. We currently work with over 60 care and charity organisations and since 2017 HQP has delivered £3.1M in collective savings, in 20/21 each HQP member organisation saved, on average, £14,000 in direct costs plus saved time in tendering. HQP works on behalf of its Members to identify best-in-class suppliers through a full tender process and then negotiates pricing, service, and manages these supplier through a partnership agreement that is reviewed regularly. Our commitment to meeting our members’ procurement needs is sector leading and we never stop listening and learning how to do things better. We constantly adapt our solutions and believe we can change more by working together with our Members and Supplier Partners.
HQP can support SEs with access to qualified suppliers, provides procurement advice and help improve operational efficiencies.
