Resonance are a social impact investment company, and are inviting social enterprises and those who support social enterprise to the the exciting launch event for their North West Social Investment Tax relief (“SITR”) Fund. The launch event will take place on 16th May, looking to bring in the new financial tax year and celebrate this key milestone for social investment in the North West.
The Resonance North West SITR Fund will enable investors to build a portfolio of investments with the potential to generate attractive returns, tax relief benefits (through the Social Investment Tax Relief - SITR), and significant social impact, whilst unlocking affordable, flexible investment opportunities for social enterprises tackling poverty across the region. The fund provides affordable and flexible finance for high impact social enterprises intentionally addressing the root causes of poverty and disadvantage in the region.
The event will show how Resonance have supported social enterprises with investment from high net worth individuals, the benefits for the enterprises and the social impact delivered in their community. Resonance will share their aspirations for what can be accomplished through this initiative across the North West to help dismantle poverty and disadvantage.
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet the Resonance team and hear from local investors, advisors and social enterprises who will be sharing their own perspectives on social investment and the potential it has to transform our local communities.
