EMERGE has been at the front line of sustainability practice for over two decades; all its operations having at their core carbon emission reduction, resource efficiency and social benevolence.||EMERGE provides a range of unique, customised and flexible options to meet your business needs. As well as enabling your company to be fully compliant with environmental and data-protection legislation, by using EMERGE you can rest assured that we recycle to the max whilst helping you reduce waste and attendant disposal costs. Additionally, we can assist your CSR goals by adding value through our charitable works. We specialise in confidential waste disposal, having the British Standard for confidential data handling. We're also members of the BSIA so you can rest assured your data will be handled correctly. We collect pretty much everything you might want to dispose of; we can even empty the bins in your office so that you don’t have to! Alternatively we will collect your waste materials from a central location; please talk to us to help you identify the options which best suit your company’s needs. We also run a social supermarket providing food to low income Salford people.an opportunity to progress.||Emmaus Salford is working towards self-sufficiency. The majority of our income is raised via our three Salford charity shops which sell a wide range of donated furniture, household items, electrical items, clothes, books, entertainment and bric-a-brac. Alongside our charity shops we also run Lucie’s Pantry social supermarket and a School Uniform Hub. These two additional social enterprises are run by companions and benefit Salford residents who face financial hardship and may be at risk of homelessness themselves.|
