With a growing pool of associates based across the UK, we are also able to undertake work anywhere in the country. Our aim is to provide an excellent service that makes a difference to communities and individuals and works towards a fairer, more equal society. We provide a range of services from social enterprise start up advice and support, through to citizen engagement and participatory budgeting. Through our associates we undertake a wide range of consultancy services that support the work of public bodies, not for profit organisations and social entrepreneurs.
Shared Health Foundation Citizenship and community, Housing and local facilities, Mental health and well-being, Physical health We work across Greater Manchester to identify the impacts of poverty on health.

We then develop initiatives or support existing grassroots projects to reduce these health inequalities.

Our on-the-ground work informs us of the changes that need to be made in practice and in policy.

SharpFutures Employment, training and education SharpFutures is a social enterprise that supports diverse young people into employment in the creative digital and tech sectors POD (People on Demand). SharpFutures POD is a pool of entry level, eager to gain experience, new entrants with the ability to provide important, flexible support to fledgling and fast-growing businesses in the creative digital sector. With members recruited and retained based on a desire to develop sector-relevant skills, SharpFutures POD offer clients the opportunity to bring on board temporary, support staff while also playing a valuable part in young people’s career development.
