Charity Bank
Provides loans to social enterprises to help further their social mission. Loans available: £50,000 to £3.25 million Charity Bank have a North West regional manager
Co-operative and Community Finance
Offers loans to the co-operative and social enterprise sector: normally £10,000 - £75,000, possibly up to £150,000
First Ark Social Investment
Invest for Impact: Social investment for charities and social enterprises, including pre-application and post-investment support. Investment between £50,000 - £150,000. Up to 30% of the investment can be in the form of a grant. Available across the North West with a specific remit for Greater Manchester
GM Social Investment
Social investment available of between £10,000 - £50,000 as loan/grant mix for social enterprises and trading charities in Greater Manchester. Also provide referrals to the REACH Fund, which offers grants of up to £15,000 to help organisations get investment ready
Key Fund
Northern Impact Fund covering North of the UK. In Greater Manchester this fund provides loans between £5,000 and £150,000
Power to Change
Grants: Community groups with a community business idea - up to £20k; Community businesses - £50k - £300k Blended funding: Grants which, in partnership with social investors, enable community businesses to access affordable social finance loans Also supports community shares
Resonance
Resonance help social enterprises raise investment from investors who share their values - firstly through offering investment readiness support and direct deal arranging, and secondly through designing and managing Social Investment Funds. Resonance works across the UK, but has an office base in Central Manchester. The team is currently developing a North West Social Investment Fund dedicated to tackling poverty across the region through providing growth capital for high impact social enterprises. This Fund will use the Social Investment Tax Relief (SITR) to offer investment on a more affordable, flexible basis, and its launch is targeted for the beginning of 2019
Social and Sustainable Capital

UnLtd
Gives grants to individuals that have great ideas for creating social change. Grants available through different programmes up to £15,000
