Our History
GMSEN was established to address the need for a coordinated approach to supporting social enterprises in Greater Manchester. Recognizing the significant contribution these organizations make to local communities and the regional economy, we created a platform for connection, learning, and collective action.
Over the years, we have grown into a respected voice for the sector, working closely with the Greater Manchester Combined Authority, local councils, and other key stakeholders to advance the social enterprise agenda.
